Contrary to popular belief, Minions do not actually have any kind of gender, and thus, they have no genitals. You can clearly see this in this screenshot from the Minions movie.

As you can clearly see, absolutely no genitalia to be seen. The reason minions have not gone extinct due to dying off is due to how Minions are immortal, the same number of them has always existed.
